Numisma Association

Numisma Association is the legal embodiment of the House of Numisma, structured under Swiss association law (Verein) and upheld by sacred intention. It exists not as a commercial enterprise, but as a spiritual and custodial entity—preserving the scrolls, assets, and trust mandates of the House across generations and geographies.

This association safeguards what is noble, while shielding what is sacred.

Custodial Philosophy

The legal body does not seek rights for its own sake—it exists to give legal protection to rights already ordained by sacred trust.

The Custodian, acting in his capacity as Ḥāfiẓ al-Bayt, reserves the right to:

  • Issue spiritual or legal decrees via the Association
  • Recognise affiliations or custodial allies
  • Entrust responsibilities to noble agents or scroll-bearers

Legal Structure

The Numisma Association is registered in Switzerland under the Verein model—favored by noble houses, private orders, and international foundations for its neutrality, flexibility, and privacy.

  • Jurisdiction: Swiss Civil Code (Art. 60–79)
  • Form: Non-profit Verein (spiritual custodianship)
  • Governance: Under the authority of the Custodian of the House, with internal scroll-based protocols (not corporate boards)
  • Transparency: Maintains internal records, not public reports
  • Ethics: Aligned with Qur’anic trust law (Amānah), not bound to shareholder interest

Contact & Recognition

For dignified correspondence, scroll-related matters, or engagement with the custodial structure of the House:

All correspondence is handled with discretion, and recognition is extended only through direct decree, not application.

Closing Note

The Association is but the legal garment. The House is the body. The Covenant is the soul.
We remember. We preserve. We serve.
